Subscribers get priority access to all seats. Each year, a number of our events sell out. Avoid disappointment and subscribe today. Order early for best seating selection.
- Circle members of $1000 and up are seated first during renewals by priority level.
- All other renewals are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- New subscribers are seated after upgrade requests from current subscribers are completed.
To ensure your seating priority, please return your order form as soon as you complete it and well before the renewal deadline of June 23. New subscribers can place an order beginning June 7, getting them in line for seating.
Seating locations may be altered on a per show basis, based on current regulations at the time of performance.
TICKETING SENIORITY
• Subscribers are seated first (June).
• Circle members are seated second, after subscribers (August)
• The general public is seated third (during on-sale dates per show).
About Your Tickets
Will Call
All ticket orders received fewer than 10 days prior to the performance will be held in Will Call for pick up. Will Call tickets can be picked up at the box office 1 hour prior to the event, or during regular office hours. Photo ID required.
Groups Save Money
Receive special discounts for groups of 20 or more. Group discounts are available for series events at the Cowan Center. Special events do not offer a discount. For a group order form, call 903.566.7424. Group orders will be accepted beginning August 28.
No Refunds
No refunds except in the case of a cancelled event. Refunds in the case of a cancellation will be for the value of the ticket only. Handling, internet and postage fees are not refundable. Due to the nature of live performances, programs, dates and times are subject to change. Date changes do not constitute a cancellation.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only for a different performance or seating of the same event, based on availability. (Ex: Stomp for different seating location in Stomp, not Stomp for Holidaze). Tickets are exchanged at face value. Tickets of higher value exchanged for a lower value are considered an even exchange. Tickets exchanged for a higher value need the difference paid. A $3 per ticket fee will be charged for exchanges.
Children
A ticket is required for everyone entering the theatre, including children. Due to fire codes, everyone (including young children) must have a ticket. For all events, children under 5 are not admitted. Some shows contain mature content, language, or adult themes. Parents are urged to consider children’s interests, maturity, and attention span, and the rights of people seated around them. Should a child become disruptive, you will be asked to wait in the lobby with your child.
TICKET PRICES
Ticket pricing is guaranteed through August members’ sales week. Then, all single ticket prices are subject to change. Current single ticket prices are available on our website in August.
